Looking to keep fit over the winter and be in top fitness condition for the start of the track & field season, then why not join in our Cross Country season.
The BMLAC Cross Country season commences on Saturday 29th April at 10.30am at Masons Lane Reserve. A sausage sizzle will be provided for all athletes.
Your child’s registration fee, already paid for the summer track & field season, also covers the cross country season – please do not re-register. New members are welcome to join Cross Country for a fee of $75.
New members & trial athletes must register through the LAVic registration portal – NEW MEMBER, TRIAL MEMBER.
Children from Under 6 to Under 17 participate in the following distances:
- Under 6 500 metres
- Under 7-8 1000 metres
- Under 9-10 1500 metres
- Under 11-12 2000 metres
- Under 13-17 3000 metres
All athletes will be required to wear their Club Polo Shirt which includes the Coles patch and display their Commonwealth Bank registration tag to be eligible for points/results. This is a compulsory LAVic requirement – no tag, no points. On colder days, athletes will be permitted to wear either a white or same coloured long sleeve top underneath their polo shirt.
