At our Centre meet on Saturday morning, 2 new Centre records were set.  Nelson Banigo claimed the Under 9 60m Hurdles record with a run of 10.32 seconds.  Matai Haunga, in his first season at BMLAC, broke the Under 11 Shot Put record with a throw of 11.24m. This record, held by Jacob Whitney had previously stood for 19 years.

Our PB Stars of the Week were Solomon Miesen, Matilda Clarke, Samuel White, Joshua Shannon, Ymir Travisson-Heafield & Jordan Moore, all achieving 4 PB’s today.

Next week’s meet will be held on Friday evening commencing at 5pm due to the State Track & Field Championships being held over the weekend.

Bacchus Marsh will be represented by 16 athletes at the State Championships.
