Please find the following documents for the Western Metro Region Cross Country Carnival taking place this Saturday 18th July at Bacchus Marsh Grammar School, Staughton Vale campus.

Arrival & Check-In

Upon arrival, all athletes must report to the Bacchus Marsh marquee to check in.
Course walks are only permitted between 10:30am and 10:45am. Please ensure athletes familiarise themselves with the course during this time slot only.

Uniform Requirements

All athletes are required to wear:

  • Official Centre top with the Commonwealth Bank registration tag securely attached to the front.
  • Coles patch sewn (not pinned) above the LAVic logo.
  • Plain black shorts or leggings – no visible logos, stripes or patterns are permitted.

Please make sure uniforms meet these requirements. Athletes who are not in the correct Centre uniform will not be permitted to compete.

Duties have now been allocated and are listed in the attached duty roster.

Important Reminders

  • No dogs are permitted at Little Athletics Victoria events, except for registered service animals.
  • Please ensure you are familiar with all event details by thoroughly reading the attached Athlete Information Booklet.
