BMLAC Team Manager: Shane Cook & Gina Vazquez
Timetable: The DRAFT State timetable is available HERE. Athletes must report to the BMLAC team manager on arrival. All athletes should arrive at least 1 hour before their race time. All athletes, team managers and parents are permitted to walk the course any time between 9.00am and until first call room at 10.45am. Centre tents will be set up near the finish line. Race Bib Collection: Athletes are required to collect their Race Bib from the check in marquee from 9.30am onwards, the check in closes 30mins prior to each event. Race Bibs must be pinned to the front of the athlete’s top. Collecting race bibs is not the responsibility of the Team Manager.
Merchandise: If you pre-ordered a State Cross Country t-shirt, you may collect this from the Merchandise tent located on the deck. There will be some t-shirts for sale on the day, along with general LAVic merchandise.
Call Room: Athletes are to be at the tents next to the start line 15 minutes prior to the start of their event.
Parking: You will be directed to the Car Park upon entry to Lake Dewar.
Uniform: Plain black shorts with no logos. Leggings or tights may be worn by themselves if they are plain black. Centre singlets must have the LAVic logo and Coles badge. Spikes or football boots are not permitted to be worn in any Cross Country events.
Presentations: Following each race, the top three placegetters will be held at the finish line and walked to presentations. Medals will be presented to the first 3 placegetters and Ribbons will be awarded to 4th to 8th placegetters with their place card post event.
No Dogs are allowed within Lake Dewar.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted within the Lake Dewar property.
