The Centre Combined Event was held on Saturday morning at Masons Lane Reserve.  All athletes competed in five events (hurdles, sprint, distance, discus & long jump) gaining points in each event.  Presentations will be made this Saturday with trophies are awarded to the winners of each age group and medals presented to second and third placegetters.  All athletes will receive a Certificate of Participation.

Bridie Shanahan set another Centre record, bettering her previous Under 16 Discus record with a new distance of 31.08 metres.  Emma Smith broke her first Centre record, running a new record time of 2:48.50 mins in the Girls Under 16 800m event.

Jenna Baker, Ava Radolovic and Angus Norman were all awarded the Darley Bakehouse PB Stars of the Week, recording 4 Personal Best results for the meet.
