The Centre held their weekly competition on Saturday morning at Masons Lane Reserve.
Conditions were perfect for athletics, and athletes were rewarded with a total of 348 PB’s for the meet. Darley Bakehouse PB Stars of the Week were awarded to Lola Parsons and Caleb Hurst, with both achieving PBs in all events.
Under 16 athlete Mackenzie Estlick set 2 new Centre records on the track. The first was set in the 70 metres, in a new record time of 9.71 secs. The second record saw Mackenzie cross the finish line in a time of 13.09 secs for the 100m sprint. Centre Captain, Sam White bettered his own Under 17 1500m record, stopping the clock in a time of 5:28.54 mins
